Pick-up Details (Click and Collect)
Design Hut is an online custom product store. We do offer local pick-up at our warehouse. You can check the pick-up option when ordering. This great selection allows you to pick-up your online order when the item is ready.
How does Click & Collect/ pick up order work?
Choose your products online
Add them to your shopping cart
Select Pick up as the shipping method at checkout
Collecting your order at the warehouse
Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID
Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.
We hold your Click & Collect orders for 14 days post your collection notification unless otherwise organized.
Our open hours for pick-up are:
Monday: 10am - 1pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
If you require a pick-up out of our hours, please contact us for further discussion.
Click & Collect/ Pick up orders
We are only able to offer Click & Collect or pick up service to customers. Please make sure you wait for your Ready to Collect SMS or email, before heading into the store. This will include information about the collection process.
Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 calendar days you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 14 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order. Unless organized differently.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
